Our Policies

Below you will find helpful information regarding returns, shipping, and shipping plants/seeds to cold climates. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to have a hassle free shopping experience with us. If there is ever anything wrong with something we send you, just let us know and we will work quickly and with you in order to make everything right.

Return Policy

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with any item upon delivery, please let us know within days 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a full refund, you must provide proof of purchase (receipt or packaging slip) and your item must be unused, in the original packaging, be in the same condition that you received it. Just pay the return shipping. We suggest shipping your return package with a carrier than provides tracking and insurance as we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost in transit without proof of tracking. If a return does not meet the criteria listed above, it will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Once your return is obtained and inspected by us, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or method of payment within 7 days (please note that it may take a supplementary 2 to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account, depending on your credit card company).

Shipping Policy

We typically ship within 1 to 3 business days of the payment clearing, often times sooner, via USPS priority mail (1 to 3 business days) and we provide a tracking number, with the exception of canvases. Canvases are shipped via standard UPS, FedEx, or DHL services, and come with a tracking number.

Shipping Plants/Seeds to Cold Climates

Please make sure that if you live in a cold climate during freezing conditions that someone is home to collect the package upon scheduled delivery, or to just wait until there is no projected threat of freezing temperatures. The Southwest Florida Store is not responsible for packages that are left outside in the freezing cold. Please also keep in mind the weather in other parts of the country because your package may be held in other cities for extended periods of time during the shipping process. It is recommended to wait until there are no threats of freezing weather anywhere in the country. We do take additional steps to help safeguard plants/seeds that are shipped to areas with freezing temperatures; however, they are still subject to damage if left outside in the cold for extended periods of time.
